This subject is future-focused on how we, as naturopaths and holistic practitioners, can work collaboratively within the broader healthcare landscape, bringing our full selves to the table with respect, clarity, and competence.
You’ll gain practical tools for navigating the medical system with grace and advocacy, learn to write professional referral letters, and have respectful communication even when it seems challenging. You will also understand the powerful language of Salutogenesis: the art and science of what creates health, not just what prevents disease.
Taught by thought leaders and practitioners working in integrative care, public health, and systemic reform, this subject equips you to stand confidently alongside other healthcare professionals, whether in integrative clinics, policy meetings, research forums, or community initiatives.
Together, we’ll explore everything from lobbying and regulation, to how emerging health technologies and global wellness trends are reshaping the way we deliver care. Legacy, Leadership & Lifelong Integration invites you to step fully into your next-level leadership identity, bringing together the threads of your experience, values, and vision to create something enduring. Whether your future lies in thought leadership, education, innovation, policy, or mentorship, this is where your personal and professional evolution becomes tangible.
Through structured reflection, strategic planning, and guided support, you will design and refine a Capstone Project that has the potential to elevate not only your career but the entire natural health profession.
This project is your legacy in motion: a course, keynote, book, initiative, or proposal that encapsulates your highest contribution. Those selected will present their project at the Graduation Showcase, a celebration attended by mentors, industry leaders, peers, and future collaborators.
In addition to your project, you’ll craft a legacy statement, explore wealth-building and retirement planning, and develop the leadership qualities required for sustainable impact. You’ll also deepen your skills in mentorship and facilitation, building the capacity to guide others as you continue your own lifelong integration.
This subject is both a closing chapter and a bold new beginning because your legacy isn’t what you leave behind, it’s what you build while you’re here.

Your Commitment
- 2 hours per week average.
- 2 weekly online classes (approx 1 hour each on Monday and Tuesday)
- Ongoing peer connection in our online community space.
- Optional reading and resources if you want to go deeper.
- Successfully complete Semester 1 before committing to Semester 2, there is no requirement to complete both.
- Bonus In Person conference in June and December for current students to integrate the previous modules, network with fellow students, and meet faculty. Hands-on industry tools applied in real life.
This is not a high-pressure, high-intensity program. It's designed to fit alongside your existing practice or study load and give you room to grow at a sustainable pace that works for you.

FAQ
Q: I’m still running my clinic, can I do this alongside my current practice?
Absolutely. This program includes spacious integration time and is fully supportive of your current responsibilities. Any live sessions are recorded so you can catch up anytime.
Q: How is this different from a typical business course?
The Academy is practitioner-created, mentoring-based, and designed to support you over time. You’ll learn systems and strategies, with the inner work and support required to implement them sustainably. It's an industry-recognised career pathway providing irreplaceable networks that are profession-specific.
Q. Do I have to enrol in both Semester 1 and 2?
No. You can enrol in Semester 1 only and decide later if you would like to continue into Semester 2. Each semester stands on its own and delivers valuable transformation.
Q: Do I have to attend the end-of-semester conference?
It is highly recommended to attend to integrate your learning and connect with the mentors and peers, but it is not mandatory to graduate.
Q: Does the end-of-semester conference cost anything?
No, there is no additional cost to attend the conference outside of your own travel expenses (if applicable).
Q: Is this a certified program? Will I get CPE points?
The Academy is an experiential education and mentoring program. While it is not a formal qualification, many associations do accept CPE/CPD points for professional development hours. We provide a CPE Certificate upon successful completion of all modules. A total of 68 CPE hours for the 12-month program.
Q. What happens if I fall behind?
This is a low-pressure environment where you’re encouraged to take what you need, when you need it. You’ll have access to all content throughout your enrolment, and we actively support you to honour your own timing.
Q. How is this different from the Futures Accelerator?
The Academy is your foundational business and leadership development path. It’s where you build a strong practice and practitioner identity. The Futures Accelerator is the next step. It's designed for practitioners who are ready to grow their influence, launch new offerings (like online courses or speaking), and lead at a bigger scale.
Q: Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?
Yes. We have a fortnightly payment option, and limited scholarship placements for practitioners from underserved or marginalised communities. You can contact us for details.
