Inclusivity & Diversity Statement

At Naturopathic Futures, we believe that every human being brings their own beautiful, unique essence into the world, and our mission is to amplify that.

We are committed to creating spaces (both online and in-person) where everyone feels welcomed, respected and valued, no matter their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, neurodiversity, religious beliefs, cultural background, or economic status.

‘As a naturopath, business mentor and freedom-seeking human, I’ve always stood for doing business and life differently. And that includes rewriting the brules (bullsh*t rules) about who gets to thrive in health, in business, and in leadership. Here, we believe that you don’t have to fit into a mould, you get to create your own.’  - Tammy Guest - Founder

Our Approach to Inclusivity in Practice:

🌍 Global Reach, Local Respect: We support practitioners and change-makers from all over the world, recognising the importance of cultural intelligence and the unique healing traditions and practices each culture brings.

🗣️ Language Matters: We aim to use inclusive, non-gendered, person-first language that honours the lived experiences of all people.

💻 Accessible Learning: From our Naturopathic Futures Academy and Accelerator to free resources and immersive workshops, we are actively working to ensure content is accessible to people of all learning styles and needs.

❤️ Safe & Brave Spaces: We foster communities (like the Natupreneur Hub) that are safe for open dialogue and brave enough for growth, even when conversations get uncomfortable.

🌿 Continuous Growth: Just like we teach in the Cycle of Entrepreneurship, we know inclusivity is not a checkbox—it’s a living, breathing commitment to learning, listening and evolving.

Inclusion is not just an intention here. It is infused in how we connect, communicate and create. It is part of our healing. It is a non-negotiable in our business, our retreats, our content, and our conversations.

Because your voice matters. Your identity matters. And the world needs more of your magic.
