If you do choose to join the Academy, you are responsible for the entire financial commitment, unless otherwise stated, and understand that what you put in, you get out of it.

Important Information
By enrolling in Academy Level 1 or 2, you agree to complete the financial commitment within 12 months, regardless of withdrawal. Payment plans exist for convenience only.

Limitation of Liability
Under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to replacement or reimbursement of services. Contact us immediately for major concerns.
Intellectual Property
If you are a student participating in our training, course content may be printed or downloaded to a local hard disk strictly for your personal and non-commercial use.
Course content contains incredibly well researched and nuanced information that are offered exclusively to students, and we trust you will not re-use, steal or repurpose for commercial use.
You are welcome to share blog posts or other publicly available content through social media, but you must provide a link back to this website.
You are explicitly NOT to share or teach what has been shared with you as part of the Academy for commercial use.

Payment Terms (Academy)
Level 1:
Q1 & Q2: $2500 or 5 x $550 monthly
Q3 & Q4: $3750 or 5 x $750 monthly
Level 2:
Q1 & Q2: $5000 or 5 x $1100 monthly
Q3 & Q4: $5000 or 5 x $1100 monthly
Fees are in Australian Dollars. 10% GST applies to Australian residents.
Late or failed payments may result in course suspension or full invoice collection.
If a payment is more than 90 days overdue, you agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that we may incur in taking steps to recover any money that you owe to us, whether or not legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.
Payment plans are offered for your convenience only, so you can spread your payment out over time. You are still committed to paying the whole amount, even if you change your mind about completing the program, as you have had access to our intellectual property.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds to make payment instalments on time. If a payment is overdue by more than 72 hours, access to the program content will be suspended until your payments are up to date.
If your payment is more than 7 days overdue and you have not contacted us to make alternative arrangements, the payment plan will be cancelled, we will send you and invoice for the whole amount remaining.
Delivery
Programs are open to practitioners world-wide.
Access to recordings, resources and community is via Simplero.
Access to live training sessions and mentoring is via Zoom.
A 2-day in-person retreat is included in June and December (travel and insurance is not included). Attendance is optional; no refund for missed retreats.
Appointments & Attendance
Notify us if you miss classes. Missing more than three without communication may forfeit your place in the program.
Refund Policy
No refunds for change of mind. Retreats are bonuses and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to remove offensive or inappropriate comments.
