If you do choose to join the Academy, you are responsible for the entire financial commitment, unless otherwise stated, and understand that what you put in, you get out of it.

Your responsibility is to take the information from this site, trainings and courses as the basis of your own further study.

Important Information
By enrolling in Academy Level 1 or 2, you agree to complete the financial commitment within 12 months, regardless of withdrawal. Payment plans exist for convenience only.

You may not record trainings or share proprietary content. Communication may occur through platforms like Simplero and WhatsApp. Confidentiality and respect of intellectual property is expected at all times.

Professional Boundaries & Wellbeing
Participation requires ownership of your own mental health, professional journey, and wellbeing. Our programs do not replace licensed financial, medical, or legal guidance.

Eligibility
Academy programs are for qualified natural health practitioners only, not students. All participants must align with the 7 Naturopathic Principles:

AI Tools & Data
We use AI tools and software such as Simplero, Stripe, Xero, Google, Gmail, Asana for data handling. Refer to their policies for details.

Limitation of Liability
Under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to replacement or reimbursement of services. Contact us immediately for major concerns.

Intellectual Property
If you are a student participating in our training, course content may be printed or downloaded to a local hard disk strictly for your personal and non-commercial use.

Course content contains incredibly well researched and nuanced information that are offered exclusively to students, and we trust you will not re-use, steal or repurpose for commercial use.

You are welcome to share blog posts or other publicly available content through social media, but you must provide a link back to this website.

You are explicitly NOT to share or teach what has been shared with you as part of the Academy for commercial use.

All trademarks and content remain property of their owners.

Payment Terms (Academy)
Level 1:

• Q1 & Q2: $2500 or 5 x $550 monthly

• Q3 & Q4: $3750 or 5 x $750 monthly

Level 2:

• Q1 & Q2: $5000 or 5 x $1100 monthly

• Q3 & Q4: $5000 or 5 x $1100 monthly

Fees are in Australian Dollars. 10% GST applies to Australian residents.

Late or failed payments may result in course suspension or full invoice collection.

If a payment is more than 90 days overdue, you agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that we may incur in taking steps to recover any money that you owe to us, whether or not legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.

Payment plans are offered for your convenience only, so you can spread your payment out over time. You are still committed to paying the whole amount, even if you change your mind about completing the program, as you have had access to our intellectual property.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds to make payment instalments on time. If a payment is overdue by more than 72 hours, access to the program content will be suspended until your payments are up to date.

If your payment is more than 7 days overdue and you have not contacted us to make alternative arrangements, the payment plan will be cancelled, we will send you and invoice for the whole amount remaining.

Delivery
Programs are open to practitioners world-wide.

Access to recordings, resources and community is via Simplero.

Access to live training sessions and mentoring is via Zoom.

A 2-day in-person retreat is included in June and December (travel and insurance is not included). Attendance is optional; no refund for missed retreats.

Appointments & Attendance
Notify us if you miss classes. Missing more than three without communication may forfeit your place in the program.

Refund Policy
No refunds for change of mind. Retreats are bonuses and non-refundable.

Respectful Communication
We reserve the right to remove offensive or inappropriate comments.

Trade Marks
We own the unregistered trade marks, logos, and service marks displayed on this website, including ‘Naturopathic Futures’. These trade marks whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any other product or service without a licence, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion in the marketplace, or in any manner that disparages me or my business.
