If you do choose to join the Academy, you are responsible for the entire financial commitment, unless otherwise stated, and understand that what you put in, you get out of it.

Important Information
By joining the Accelerator, you agree to pay the full fee regardless of withdrawal. Payment plans are offered for ease, not as opt-out mechanisms.

Recordings of sessions are not permitted. We use email and platforms such as WhatsApp for communication. Confidentiality is expected during all shared sessions.

Self-Responsibility
We expect participants to take full ownership of their health, wellbeing, and business decisions. Our programs do not replace the advice of regulated professionals.

Eligibility
Futures Accelerator is for qualified natural health professionals only. Students are not eligible.

AI Tools & Data Security
We use AI tools and software such as Simplero, Stripe, Xero, Google, Gmail, Asana for data handling. Refer to their policies for details.

Limitation of Liability
If issues arise, we aim to resolve them in good faith. Liability is limited to service replacement or reimbursement. Contact us immediately with concerns.

Intellectual Property
If you are a student participating in our training, course content may be printed or downloaded to a local hard disk strictly for your personal and non-commercial use.

Course content contains incredibly well researched and nuanced information that are offered exclusively to students, and we trust you will not re-use, steal or repurpose for commercial use.

You are welcome to share blog posts or other publicly available content through social media, but you must provide a link back to this website.

You are explicitly NOT to share or teach what has been shared with you as part of the Academy for commercial use.

All trademarks and content remain property of their owners.

Payment Terms (Accelerator)
Futures Accelerator is $4999 AUD or 5 payments of $1100 AUD.

Full payment or the first installment is required upon commencement. All payments must be paid in full before the final retreat. 

Late payment may lead to access suspension or formal collection. 

If a payment is more than 90 days overdue, you agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that we may incur in taking steps to recover any money that you owe to us, whether or not legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.

Payment plans are offered for your convenience only, so you can spread your payment out over time. You are still committed to paying the whole amount, even if you change your mind about completing the program, as you have had access to our intellectual property. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds to make payment instalments on time. If a payment is overdue by more than 72 hours, access to the program content will be suspended until your payments are up to date. 

If your payment is more than 7 days overdue and you have not contacted us to make alternative arrangements, the payment plan will be cancelled, we will send you and invoice for the whole amount remaining.

Delivery
Content is delivered through Simplero and Zoom.

A 3-day in-person retreat (travel and insurance not included) is included at the conclusion of the program. It is considered a bonus; attendance is optional and not refundable.

Appointments & Attendance
Failure to attend more than three sessions without notice may lead to your removal.  Communication is expected.

Retreat attendance is optional but highly recommended. Please let us know 4 weeks in advance if you cannot  attend.

Refund Policy
No refunds for change of mind. Retreat attendance is optional and not reimbursed.

Respectful Communication
Rude or inappropriate comments on any platform may be removed at our discretion.

We own the unregistered trade marks, logos, and service marks displayed on this website, including ‘Naturopathic Futures’. These trade marks whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any other product or service without a licence, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion in the marketplace, or in any manner that disparages me or my business.
